This covers asset management and outsourcing; CDM consultancy (through Mace Sustain); cost consultancy (through Sense Cost Consultancy); development fund monitoring; development management; facilities management (through Macro and fm24); information management (through IMO); management consultancy; preconstruction services; programme management; project management; safety, health and envonment consultancy (through Mace Sustain); virtual construction; waste management and social inclusion programme management (through Mace Sustain).
