Liu Qibao

Liu Qibao (Chinese: 刘奇葆; born 1953) is a Chinese politician. Liu Qibao was born in Anhui Province in 1953. He has previously served as the Communist Party chief of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was first appointed Sichuan's Communist Party chief in December 2007.
