The Nihongo|Itō Line|伊東線|Itō-sen is a Japanese trunk railway line which connects Atami Station in Atami, Shizuoka and Itō Station in Itō, Shizuoka. The line is operated by East Japan Railway Company.

The extension of the line is the Izu Kyūkō Line. The two continuous lines run along the east coast of the Izu Peninsula.
