Hubert Ira Davis, Jr. (born May 17 1970 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) is a retired American professional basketball player in the NBA. He is the nephew of Walter Davis, also a former NBA player, and was known for his accurate three-point shot.

After attending Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia (where he averaged 28.0 points per game in his senior year) then the University of North Carolina (where he averaged 21.4 points per game in his senior year), he was selected with the 20th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. He remained with them for four years until he was traded to the Toronto Raptors prior to the 1996-97 season. He also spent time with the Dallas Mavericks, Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons and New Jersey Nets. His final NBA game was in 2004, with career averages of 8.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
