Stevens-Henager College

Stevens-Henager College was founded in Ogden, Utah in September 1891, by J.A. Smith as the Intermountain Business College. Its purpose was to teach commercial subjects and place graduates in business positions. Stevens-Henager was known over the following 68 years as Smithsonian Business College, Moench University of Business, and Ogden Business College. In 1959 the name was changed to Stevens-Henager College. The main campus is in Ogden, and branches were established in Provo in 1978, Salt Lake City in August, 1999, Logan in October 2001, and Boise, Idaho in April 2004. The Salt Lake City campus was moved to a new building in Murray in 2006.

Today, Stevens-Henager is known for its high educational standards which have been serving the Utah and Idaho communities for over 100 years. Academic majors are designed specifically to meet the changing trends and requirements of the business and medical employment markets. Business, technical, and medical leaders have demonstrated their approval of the institution through their participation on one of many advisory committees established by each campus, as well as by hiring the graduates, many times before they graduate.

Students can begin classes at Stevens-Henager in any month of the year. It offers day and evening classes on site and online.
