Oded Machnes (born 8 June 1956) is a retired Israeli footballer who was a striker, and is the second-greatest goal-scorer in Israeli history with 196 goals in the Israeli Premier League.[1]

In 2005, he was voted the 144th-greatest Israeli of all time, in a poll by the Israeli news website Ynet to determine whom the general public considered the 200 Greatest Israelis.[2]
