Cheesman's gerbil, Gerbilus cheesmani, is distributed mainly in Arabian Peninsula to southwestern Iran. The total length of this gerbil is about 22 cm.

Cheesman's gerbil appears similar to the Palid gerbil (Gerbillus perpallidus).
