Psarosoupa

Psarosoupa (Greek:ψαρόσουπα) or fish soup is a Greek soup. with a traditional oil-and-lemon sauce, vegetables, rice sea fish and potatoes added into the soup. The fish soup can be cooked with a variety of fish types, and several kinds of vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery, potatoes, onion).Vrieties include the classic kakavia which is drizzled with olive oil.
