The Sports Turf Research Institute is a consultancy and research organisation based in St. Ive's Estate, near Bradford, West Yorkshire that studies sports surfaces and turfs for golf, soccer, rugby, cricket, racing, bowling and tennis.

The institute advises over 2,000 organisations.
